• A mezze plate and breads to share

Main Courses:

• Fillet of Tasmanian salmon with roast chat potatoes asparagus and citrus hollandaise sauce
• Supreme of free-range chicken roasted Italian-style with sage and pancetta, mash potatoes, steamed English spinach, frizzled leeks and rosemary jus
• Grilled eye fillet of beef on mushrooms with layered dauphinoise potatoes, julienne pimento sauce merlot
• Gratin of eggplant, potato, tomato and zucchini and sweet capsicum sauce with wild rocket

Dessert:

• Rich dark chocolate mud cake with double cream
• Mandarin almond cake with lime bavarois and berries drizzled with cointreau
• Tea and Coffee
